OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp Leo, located in Exton at the Church Farm School provides campers who have completed kindergarten through 8th grade with a summer they'll never forget. Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp Leo runs for 11 weeks from June 13 through August 26 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp Leo also runs a STEAM specialty camp. Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM each day, aftercare is included in the price of camp. Before care is available for a nominal fee. SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
The counselors have the most direct impact on a child’s experience at camp. We are seeking dedicated, fun, enthusiastic staff who understand that “Campers Come First.” Counselors must be at least 18 years of age or have graduated from high school. All counselors will teach in one of our program areas and co-lead a cabin of 8-12 children. Pay is $250-$275 per week depending on experience.

CAMP FACILITIES: The program is facilitated indoors and outdoors of Rose Playground. Teenagers In Charge is youth driven and any/all program activities are planned, coordinated and facilitated by those who are actively involved in the organization.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Teenagers In Charge is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1995 for and about teens and tweens (10-17 years old) whose mission is to help them build their self-esteem, heighten their cultural and community awareness while teaching them how to take charge of their lives. The sessions are theme based and activities are centered around the themes each month.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Teenagers In Charge is facilitated every Saturday morning excluding holidays and inclement weather. The program is for and about teens and tweens (10-17) with a youth agenda. Activities include community outreach, team building, theater arts, limited sports, trips and ongoing group activities. TIC is an academic enrichment program.

Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, environmental and nature programming, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp UMLY runs for 13 weeks from May 31 through August 26 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp UMLY also runs specialty camps including: sports, tennis, STEM, nature, woodshop, animal care, art, dance, theater and more. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Broadway Dreams Foundation is a week-long day intensive where our students work with a faculty of Broadways finest. During the course of the week,the students will be trained in classes and have rehearsals with the staff in order to prepare for the showcase that is presented at the end of the week to family friends,and industry agents!

On the last day of the intensive,students will audition for Telsey and Co as well as other Casting Agency's. More than 3,000 students have participated in Broadway Dreams programs.

Past students have gone on to perform with Broadway, national touring and regional productions including Bring It On: The Musical (Ryann Redmond, Calli Alden), Bare (Ariana Groover), Memphis (Lindsay Roberts), The Book of Mormon (Paris Nesbitt), Shrek (Chase Todd), Evita (Katie Huff), The Addams Family (Ethan Wexler), A Chorus Line (Sidney DuPont) and Spring Awakening (Blake Daniel).

CAMP FACILITIES: The Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena (PISA) is a 98,000 sq ft indoor sports and entertainment arena that houses 3 fields of Revolution Field Turf. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Penn State Abington's Kids and Teen College offers fun, enriching, and educational week-long programs for students entering grades 3 through 12. OTHER CAMP INFO: Stone Mountain Adventures is a co-ed residential camp for 60 teenagers ages 12-16 located in the mountains of central Pennsylvania. We are a very active summer community and do a good job of getting campers excited about all aspects of camp from our adventure and sport activities to going roller skating to going white water rafting together as a group. As with many aspects of teenagers lives our camp is also a very social place and we work hard to model and encourage positive relationships, create community in an authentic way, stop cliques from developing, and take away many of the traditional pressures that teens feel in school. The result is that campers feel a new found freedom to explore who they truly are while at the same time feeling like they have a new �home away from home� at Stone Mountain Adventures.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Each week is different with a theme, activities, specials. We are a traditional camp program with arts and crafts, nature studies, games and sports, and cooperative activities. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Cornerstone Leadership Camp is a continuation of our day camp program, but it begins to teach teens about leading and serving others, as modeled by Jesus in the Bible. Teens will have a daily schedule that includes time to serve others. They will work together on a project that benefits others, giving them a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem. They will also enjoy age-appropriate camp programs that reflect their interests and abilities. At the end of each week, we hope that teens have a bigger heart for serving others while developing the work ethic and good character necessary for tomorrow’s leaders.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our 12 cabins and the retreat house, provide lodging for up to 150 people. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: For almost 50 years the Penn-York Camp Association (PYC) has provided a Natural Place to encounter Christ the whole year long. The vision of supporting the churches and communities of New York and Pennsylvania is accomplished through various ministries. Outreach includes summer kids camps, group retreats, challenge course, outdoor adventure and special events. PYC began with a dream and a committed core and over the years through hard work, determination and many miracles, the Lord has blessed us with an amazing facility.

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
We are looking for workers who are excited to share and live the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ with youth and children.  Counselors, maintainance, kitchen, health officer, and challenge course workers are in need. CAMP FACILITIES: Our cabins are nestled in the woods, on a lake, and each one has a bathroom with two sinks, two toilets, and two showers. Our dining hall is large enough to seat the entire camp, so we are able to eat all of our meals as one big family. We have a heated outdoor pool, two baseball fields, two large multi-purpose fields (soccer, football, lacrosse), 6 tennis courts, an outdoor and an indoor basketball court, a fencing room, a fitness center, an indoor floor hockey/soccer rink, a multi-room arts & crafts center, more than 10 high ropes and climbing elements, a beautiful covered theater that overlooks the lake, plenty of forest for hiking, biking, and camping, and much more.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our camp environment is designed to promote success, self-confidence and self-esteem for every single camper. We limit our enrollment to ensure that every camper is known - by name, by interests and by who they are as individuals. All of our programs combine skill development, challenges and fun, stressing participation and sportsmanship over winning while encouraging campers to get into the spirit of healthy competition.

We pride ourselves on hiring fantastic, talented staff. Our friendly counselors get the kind of training that helps them give their very best to your child. Many of our counselors are former campers who can't wait to share the Lake Owego experience from a first-hand perspective. We also personally recruit counselors from colleges and universities throughout the United States as well as some from Scotland, England and other countries.

Lake Owego Camp is owned by the Black family, who has been operating youth summer camps longer than almost anyone else. In 1931, Hughie and Selma Black founded Pine Forest Camp, which grew over the years to become a nationally recognized co-ed camp. Building on that success, Lake Owego for boys was opened in 1961, and our sister camp for girls, Camp Timber Tops, was opened in 1963.

Today, the third-generation and 4th generation leadership of Mickey and Barbara Black, and their children, Lee and Anna, carry on the family legacy, earning awards such as "Family Business of the Year" and serving as active leaders in the American Camping Association of America.

Directors John and Rachel Waszczak, Kyle Silver, Jeff Freedman and Shelly Silver have over 90 years of combined camp experience, and they work together a fantastic camp experience for each and every Lake Owego camper.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Campers going into 11th grade take part in our Counselor Assistant program, which includes opportunities to assist in teaching activities, assist in younger bunks, go on college tours to NY, MD, PA, MA, and a 2 week trip to Costa Rica. The Costa Rica trip is included in the camp tuition, and the campers will get to explorer and see the sites, go on a canopy zip-line tour, and hike around a volcano, as well as train for and put on a 1 week camp for underserved local children. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity!

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): If you're interested in camp for next year, try one of our Explorer Weekends! We offer overnight opportunities during the summer so that interested campers can spend the night in the bunk and experience camp before going away.

During this summer we incorporate additional leadership and community service elements into the program including Stepping for Success, a large fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation ran completely by campers.

We also incorporate travel into the program. Leadership Trainees will take two College Trips and a 10-day trip to Utah which includes 4 days rafting on the Colorado River and hiking Bryce & Zion National Parks.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camper living facilities are beautiful modern cabins, all of which have wood flooring, windows, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Modern updated bathrooms with showers and toilet stalls, are within the cabins. The bunks are spacious with plenty of storage for camper and counselor's clothing.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Wayne County, PA, Camp Westmont is situated on 400 acres of gently rolling hills with a private 100-acre lake. Westmont provides a fun-filled summer of varied activities for campers ages 6 through 16. Westmont is a co-ed camp with two very distinct campuses – boys on Boys Side and girls on Girls Side. CAMP FACILITIES: We have 3 outdoor riding arenas with jumping courses, access to an outdoor pool, stables with stalls for 45 horses, an arts & crafts room, changing room and a seperate lunch/activity room.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The day camp at Ashford Farm in suburban Philadelphia is for children ages 6 to 14 who are interested in learning the correct basics of horsemanship and riding in an atmosphere designed for both safety and fun.

At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. Eye contact is maintained from each one of our staff members until the kids make it onto the field/court where they are grouped by age. This efficient process ensures safety. The Y is a non-profit charitable organization that strengthens the foundations of our community. OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp Chippewa, located in West Grove at the Jennersville YMCA provides campers from preschool age through 6th grade with a summer they'll never forget. Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp Chippewa runs for 14 weeks from May 30 through September 2 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp Chippewa also offers a variety of specialty camps including: aquatics, dance, theatre and junior lifeguarding. Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM each day, aftercare is included in the price of camp.
