OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp Lenni Lenape, located in Kennett Square at the Kennett Area YMCA provides campers from ages 18 months through 8th grade with a summer they'll never forget. Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp CLenni Lenape runs for 11 weeks from June 13 through August 26 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp Lenni Lenape also offers aquatics and junior lifeguarding specialty camps. Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM each day, aftercare is included in the price of camp. WACKY WEDNESDAYS Pre-K – 3rd grade
Our Explorer’s Camp goes a little crazy on Wednesday afternoons! Each week offers something different and amazing to our campers – they may compete in a scavenger hunt one week and attend a magic show the next.

TURBO TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 4th – 8th grade
HCA’s Adventurers’ Camp kicks into high gear on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons! Each week a special project will expose our campers to a new skill and expand their horizons. One week they might be cooking for the homeless, the next week they might be learning Carpentry 101! No matter what, our goal is to make sure that they have fun.

NURSERY 2 and 3 PROGRAM:
HCA’s Nursery 2 and Nursery 3 staff enjoys working with young children and the plans for HCA’s Summer Nursery Camp 2014 program include crafts, swimming, art, songs, stories, play, gym, science, cooking, and much more.

CAMP FACILITIES: The Academy contains four spacious and well-equipped dance studios, two acting studios, two private voice studios, a student practice room, a student/teacher library, a student lounge and a comfortable waiting area for parents accompanying students to the Academy. In addition, the Charles Gray Auditorium offers the Academy a theater in which to showcase the accomplishments and achievements of its student body.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: As Pittsburgh's premier training Academy for Musical Theater, we are dedicated to celebrating their talent, encouraging their dreams, and helping develop their abilities. By providing the finest dance, voice and acting training in a positive, fun-filled class setting, the CLO Academy encourages both an appreciation for musical theater and a well-rounded education.

CLO Academy’s enriched, diverse curriculum is taught by university instructors and experienced professionals in the industry.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: The CLO Academy boasts a 100% post-secondary education placement record. Alumni have attended prestigious universities including Boston College, Carnegie Mellon University, The Julliard School, New York University, Point Park University and the University of Michigan. With its diverse programs, students are sure to find the program that’s right for them.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have 48 modern air-conditioned cabins, a dining hall to fit our entire camp in one seating, rec hall, covered basketball courts and hockey rink, 8 basketball courts, 12 tennis courts, a heated outdoor pool, two private lakes, an indoor theatre and social hall, our own private golf course, outdoor adventure ropes course and high climbing wall with high elements. We have a full fine arts center, as well.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Tyler Hill is a full seven-week co-ed camp in Wayne County, PA. We have 480 campers from all over the tri-state area and Florida, and provide a well-rounded camp experience, including sports, arts and electives, waterfront , outdoor adventure, camp spirit and a true summer family. Our mission is for our campers to come home after the summer feeling great about themselves and having made the best friends ever!

Our STARFISH values program is unique to Tyler Hill and offers our campers and staff the opportunity to reflect upon what matters -- values. Sportsmanship, Tolerance, Appreciation, Respect, Friendship, Integrity, Sensitivity and Helpfulness lay the foundation for everything we do at Tyler Hill Camp.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Tyler Hill has a full CIT program for campers entering the 11th grade. We provide unique and exciting leadership training, community service programs and travel and outdoor opportunities, in addition to our already full camp program.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Tyler Hill hosts various winter and spring get-togethers in New York, New Jersey and Florida for our campers to reunite and for new campers to connect with one another.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Since 1979, Skyhawks sports has led safe, fun and skill-focused sports camps and programs for youth between the ages of 3-12.

We offer many different different sports--and countless ways for your child to grow. The camps range from soccer to baseball to our popular mulit-sport camps where kids sample three different sports (soccer, basketball and baseball) in one camp.

Our camps and programs are offered locally throughout over 500 communities. The format includes traditional week-long summer day camps and year-round after-school programs that range from 45 minutes to 6 hours in duration, per day. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. Eye contact is maintained from each one of our staff members until the kids make it onto the field/court where they are grouped by age. This efficient process ensures safety. Additionally, it develops a level of trust between parent, coach, and child that ultimately leads to a fun and skill-focused camp for youth.

Camp UMLY runs for 13 weeks from May 31 through August 26 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. CAMP FACILITIES: The Pittsburgh Indoor Sports Arena (PISA) is a 98,000 sq ft indoor sports and entertainment arena that houses 3 fields of Revolution Field Turf. PISA sits on 14 acres of the beautiful Deer Creek campus just 15 minutes north of Downtown Pittsburgh. CAMP FACILITIES: Summit has approx. 30 traditional wooden cabins with electric and private facilities in each cabin. Our main buildings include our newly refinished dining hall, air-conditioned recreational hall, our medical facility, and a newly built outdoor pavilion. Summit utilizes three A frame buildings for our arts programs, a wilderness treehouse with camp fire area for cookouts, newly resurfaced basketball/tennis courts, high/low ropes course with climbing wall, heated pool, private lake, nature fields with a farm area, martial arts dojo, go-kart track with 3 karts. Summit has a small amphitheatre adjacent to our lake, with a miraculous view of our beautiful setting where we enjoy swimming, canoeing, and riding our banana boats. Our camp resides on a gently rising hillside, thus providing us with the physical basis for our motto, "The Magic on the Hill."

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Summit Camp is a co-ed sleepaway camp for ages 8-19 years with issues of attention: AD/HD, HFA/Asperger’s Disorder, and/or learning differences. Using the frame of a traditional sleepaway camp, we create platforms of success where our campers can experience outcomes such as improved self-esteem, lasting friendships, and increased independence. This is accomplished through a well-orchestrated and expertly staffed backdrop to a largely traditional camp experience- guided challenges, waterfront, adventure course, and more. It is our goal and desire to take our campers from observing peer interactions to engaging in them, to learn and celebrate their own strengths and successes, and to feel a sense of belonging and shared community with those around them while they are with us.

Our Teen Travel program extends the Summit community to provide a safe yet exciting adventure to one of our many attractive national and international destination tours offering 14 day and 19 day excursions. Summit Weekenders provide a youth-group style social retreat for adolescents to have an oasis of independence, enjoyment, and success during the school year months. Regardless of the specific program, Summit provides an expertly staffed, highly structured, and truly fun experience for our youth, and has been doing so since 1969. Summit is accredited by the American Camp Association and takes pride in our long term commitment to and successes in working with special needs youth.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our Transitions to Adult Living Skills program for youth aged 15-19 provides learning and vocational opportunities for our teens. We also have vocational programs for upper camp including, big brother/big sister, waiter/waitressing, working in a specialty area or as UL assistant, photography, and more. Our SUPER TEEN program focuses on building the executive function and daily living skills OUR kids needs to succeed as independently as possible.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Summit provides weekender programs in metropolitan areas throughout the country which run from Friday evening until Sunday mid-day that provide an oasis of social involvement for our youth. NY/NJ and DC/VA weekenders meet on a monthly basis.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Ravens Run, New Hope’s Visual & Performing Arts Camp, brings together professional artists and students to explore the world of creativity in a supportive, inspiring and fun environment. At Ravens Run, children are encouraged to broaden their artistic horizons while developing technical skills. Campers learn to find their special creative spirit and no prior experience is necessary.

Campers will be exposed to a wide variety of artistic styles and media, including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, crafts, stained glass, photography, dance, yoga, music, magic, theatre, claymation and creative writing. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Youth should plan to be online 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays, and to work ten additional hours per week on their projects. Most of the scheduled time is for projects but some of it will be for meetings.

Required equipment: A tablet or phone with a front-facing camera. A video camera or DSLR camera will also work.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camper living facilities are beautiful modern cabins, all of which have wood flooring, windows, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Modern updated bathrooms with showers and toilet stalls, are within the cabins. The bunks are spacious with plenty of storage for camper and counselor's clothing.

Our facilities, most of which are lit for night play, include basketball courts, baseball/softball fields, hockey rinks, covered turf football/lacrosse/soccer field, grass lacrosse/football fields, grass soccer fields, indoor gymnastics center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a heated swimming pool, extensive water park and lake toys, cardio and weight rooms, Outdoor Adventure facilities (rock walls, ropes courses, ziplines, and more), woodworking shop, arts & crafts, culinary center, spin studio, archery range, movie theater, canteen, health center and dining hall.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Westmont has been owned and operated by the Moskowitz family since its inception in 1981. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Wayne County, PA, Camp Westmont is situated on 400 acres of gently rolling hills with a private 100-acre lake. Westmont provides a fun-filled summer of varied activities for campers ages 6 through 16. Westmont is a co-ed camp with two very distinct campuses – boys on Boys Side and girls on Girls Side. All of our activities are on-site so Westmont’s campers do not need to travel off property to enjoy their daily activities. Westmont caters to all age groups; as our campers mature, they are afforded more freedom and diversified activities to keep them engaged, energized, and excited.

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
The relationships that our counselors develop with their campers and staff make each summer unforgettable. Our counselors hail from all over the world. We are looking to hire staff for all of our summer coaching/counselor positions. Currently looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to work. Positions we are looking to fill include; General Camp Counselors, Lifeguards, Sports Coaches, People with experience/knowledge with 3D printing/music & instruments/small animals/reptiles/horses/go karts/trapeze & arial skills. We provide a competitive salary, room, board, three meals a day and laundry service throughout the summer. Counselors are given days/time off. No uniform required. OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp Chippewa, located in West Grove at the Jennersville YMCA provides campers from preschool age through 6th grade with a summer they'll never forget. Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp Chippewa runs for 14 weeks from May 30 through September 2 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp Chippewa also offers a variety of specialty camps including: aquatics, dance, theatre and junior lifeguarding. Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM each day, aftercare is included in the price of camp. CAMP FACILITIES: Camp Shand has a small lake, outdoor pool, dining hall, recreation hall, modern first aid center, modern shower house, 12 cabin, outdoor basketball, large sports field, GAGA pit, two fire circles, miles of trails and archery range.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: YMCA Camp Shand offers a traditional values based program which is also ACA accredited. A majority of staff are 18 and older. All have background checks and are CPR/First Aid certified and receive a 40 hours of training prior to the start of class.

CAMP FACILITIES: Conshatawba is a Resident Camp that specializes in The Arts and Adventure. We have a ceramics and pottery program, arts and craft building, theater stage,pool, climbing rock wall and zip line, low ropes course, archery field and numerous sports fields. Conshatawba has beautiful lodges, platform tents, and cabins for lodging.Girls attend themed weeks of camp throughout the summer with this year's most popular sessions being a Percy Jackson session and a Hunger Games themed session. Conshatawba offers resident camping for girls ages 8-17 as well as family sessions.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Conshatawba has adventure programming specializing in backpacking trips. Conshatawba offers a 4 sided climbing tower and zipline. Conshatawba also focuses on the arts with an indoor theater and arts studio.

Our camps are staffed with activity specialists, a cook, a health supervisor and specialty staff for adventure programs. Staff members are carefully selected for their skills as well as how they work with children and adults. They participate in weeklong training sessions where they earn appropriate certifications. Camp Conshatawba offers programming for Girl Scouts to build girls of confidence, courage and character.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We offer a two week CIT session for girls to learn leadership skills.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): We offer family white water rafting programs and traditional family camp programs. There are also Mom and daughter weekend programs.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Camp Conshatawba offers year round programming. Groups may rent the lodges during the year. The challenge course/zipline is available for reservation during the months of May-October. Winter programming with cross county skiing is also available.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: At Montessori Children’s House, our mission is to embody the educational principles of Dr. Maria Montessori in a close-knit, caring community of children, parents and teachers.
