CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We have a two year Leadership Program at Perlman Camp. The first year is the Pioneer program, for campers entering into 11th grade. They live on platform tents in the foods, cook their own meals, create their own programming and spend 3 weeks in Israel. Campers going into 12 grade participate in our Staff-In-Training (SIT) program. The spend the summer learning the values of being a counselor, transitioning from camper to staff and then living in the bunks for the last 3 weeks of camp.

CAMP FACILITIES: The Kirby Center for Creative Arts will serve as the brand-new home and performance venue for Summer At Sem -Creative Arts, in addition to existing arts buildings. Our facilities also include four dormitories, an air-conditioned dining hall, classroom buildings, open practice rooms, dance and fine art studios, athletic center with two gymnasiums, fitness rooms and swimming pool, new stadium, tennis courts and artificial turf fields, three computer labs and a 20,000 volume library.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: If you are an artist, or aspire to be, Sem is the place to spend your summer. Here you may choose from dedicated session of study in vocal performance, symphony orchestra, dance and theater, along with several visual arts courses. If you can't decide which of your passions to pursue, you will love our design-your-own program: this approach allows students to study across multiple disciplines during the same session. Imagine a schedule of dance in the morning followed by a theater or vocal performance elective course in the afternoon. The possibilities are endless!

CAMP FACILITIES: We rent out the Upper School of the Renaissance Academy Charter School. We use the gym, Cafe, 2-4 classrooms, and the grounds outside of the school. We also have access to the nature trail of the Charlestown Park and University of Valley Forge campus.

All are necessary steps on a child’s path to a healthy and productive day.

Camp Fit & Fun’s goal is to provide children with an exciting, diversified and wholesome camping experience. This is accomplished through a large, flexible program that is structured and well supervised. We believe youth should have a taste of different activities, some of which they will enjoy greatly, while others may be remembered and re-explored when they are older. We feel it is essential to blend wholesome, challenging and cultural programs into the day.

Camp is like a family. Family values are the catalyst or the glue from which the daily life of Camp Fit & Fun is built. CAMP FACILITIES: Many of the facilities in our historic 110 year old camp have recently (10 years) been updated. They include a dining hall and kitchen, craft house, boat house, medical facility, and eight of the fourteen camper cabins. The oldest building in camp is our historic Lodge, used for shows and group gatherings. The 200 acre natural lake provides a beautiful and functional setting for all our aquatic activities. Camp also includes a climbing wall, tennis courts, a volleyball court, field, archery range, campcraft area, nature/ecology area, and a 500 acre preserved area used for hiking and mountain biking.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our aquatic program is extensive, taking advantage of our location on a beautiful, 200 acre, natural, mountain lake. Water skiing, swimming, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, water trampoline, and more occur on the lake. 80-90% of our staff, on average, are trained in Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid. Our boat drivers are required to have a Pennsylvania boating safety license and are screened in our boats.

Older campers may take whitewater canoe trips on the Delaware River and/or a four-day lake canoeing trip to the Adirondacks. Other trips include hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Loyalsock Trail (World's End State Park), Rickett's Glen State Park, Hickory Run State Park, and local trips to the blueberry farm, mill pond, and a local camping spot.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Broadway Dreams Foundation is a week-long day intensive where our students work with a faculty of Broadways finest. During the course of the week,the students will be trained in classes and have rehearsals with the staff in order to prepare for the showcase that is presented at the end of the week to family friends,and industry agents!

On the last day of the intensive,students will audition for Telsey and Co as well as other Casting Agency's. More than 3,000 students have participated in Broadway Dreams programs.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp UMLY, located in Berwyn at the Upper Main Line YMCA provides campers who are preschool age through 8th grade with a summer they'll never forget. Campers have an opportunity to make friends and participate in a variety of camp activities including: arts & crafts, sports, free swim, field games, environmental and nature programming, community service and weekly themed activities.

Camp UMLY runs for 13 weeks from May 31 through August 26 and registration for camp is done by the week to allow families flexibility to select camp weeks that work for them. Camp UMLY also runs specialty camps including: sports, tennis, STEM, nature, woodshop, animal care, art, dance, theater and more. Camp runs from 9 AM - 4 PM each day, aftercare is included in the price of camp. Before care is available for a nominal fee. Half day camp options are available for specific programs. CAMP FACILITIES: Camp Harmony features 8 newly remodeled cabins, 5 rustic cabins, RV campground, teepees, swimming pool & waterslide, climbing & rappelling tower, high & low elements ropes course, pavilions, catch & release pond, indoor gym & multipurpose building, dining hall, meeting rooms, and retreat buildings for large and small groups of all types. Many of our facilities are available year-round.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Since 1924, Camp Harmony has offered programs that train Christians in the way they should go. Our mission is to invite all people to experience the wonder of creation and to grow in closer harmony with God, with nature, and with one another. We aim to do so through offering programs for all ages to participate in fun learning experiences in a variety of formats and by providing space where individuals and groups can connect in a greater way.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Camp Harmony offers a Leaders-in-Training program for youth ages 16 & older who have completed at least 10th grade. Leaders-in-Training participate in activities during the week of staff training and then choose 2 weeks out of the summer to volunteer with our staff in various capacities.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camp is located at Blue Mountain Resort nestled in the Pocono mountains. For residential campers we offer cabins that sleep 8-10 campers, a counselor, and a junior counselor. Bathrooms and showers are located in the adjacent building. All campers will have Blue Mountain facilities at their disposal depending on the activities of your child's choice. Blue Mountain has laser tag accommodations, a ropes course, climbing wall, a zipline course, disc golf course, and an archery range. Campers also have the choice to go horseback riding at Apollo Farms or go on a Jim Thorpe River Adventure!

It is designed to introduce young people interested in becoming camp counselors to leadership skill-building, public speaking, program design and child development. This is a 2-week program. Multiple sessions are offered each summer.

For the past 62 summers, campers have enjoyed the spirit and excitement of the Trail’s End Camp experience. Chestnut Lake has been designed to emulate the traditions and excellence of Trail’s End while providing your family with the flexibility of 3-week or 6-week alternatives. In 2008, Chestnut Lake opened its gates as the Northeast’s premier session camp located in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania, just 2 ½ hours from NYC and Philadelphia.

Chestnut Lake offers boys and girls a brand new, state-of-the-art facility along with creative day and evening programming. Chestnut Lake is an all around camp with a strong sports program. Whether your child is an athlete or an artist, Chestnut Lake has the activities and staff that will Bring Out the Best in every camper!

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: During the summer before 11th grade, campers have the opportunity to participate in our Leadership Training year. During this summer we incorporate additional leadership and community service elements into the program including Stepping for Success, a large fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation ran completely by campers.

We also incorporate travel into the program. Leadership Trainees will take two College Trips and a 10-day trip to Utah which includes 4 days rafting on the Colorado River and hiking Bryce & Zion National Parks.

CAMP FACILITIES: Penn State Abington is a distinguished baccalaureate campus college within a world-class, land-grant research university. All camps are held within our campus classrooms, computer labs, science labs, and athletic building. Students enjoy lunch each day in our campus cafeteria.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Penn State Abington's Kids and Teen College offers fun, enriching, and educational week-long programs for students entering grades 3 through 12. The campus offers a wide range of youth programs that focus on many academic subject areas. Topics range from science, robotics, engineering and computer camps to literature, theater, and art. Many of the summer camps provide students opportunities to learn about various professions and careers. We have camps that help students explore the world of engineering, science, robotics, chemistry, law, writing and sustainability. With more than 30 different camps to choose from, there is something for everyone.

Penn State Abington's Kids and Teen College offers 7 weeks of camps beginning the week of June 24, 2019 and runs through the week of August 16, 2019.

CAMP FACILITIES: Conshatawba is a Resident Camp that specializes in The Arts and Adventure. We have a ceramics and pottery program, arts and craft building, theater stage,pool, climbing rock wall and zip line, low ropes course, archery field and numerous sports fields. Conshatawba has beautiful lodges, platform tents, and cabins for lodging.Girls attend themed weeks of camp throughout the summer with this year's most popular sessions being a Percy Jackson session and a Hunger Games themed session. Conshatawba offers resident camping for girls ages 8-17 as well as family sessions.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Conshatawba has adventure programming specializing in backpacking trips. Conshatawba offers a 4 sided climbing tower and zipline. Conshatawba also focuses on the arts with an indoor theater and arts studio.

Our camps are staffed with activity specialists, a cook, a health supervisor and specialty staff for adventure programs. Staff members are carefully selected for their skills as well as how they work with children and adults. They participate in weeklong training sessions where they earn appropriate certifications. Camp Conshatawba offers programming for Girl Scouts to build girls of confidence, courage and character.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Since 1979, Skyhawks sports has led safe, fun and skill-focused sports camps and programs for youth between the ages of 3-12.

We offer many different different sports--and countless ways for your child to grow. The camps range from soccer to baseball to our popular mulit-sport camps where kids sample three different sports (soccer, basketball and baseball) in one camp.

Our camps and programs are offered locally throughout over 500 communities. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. Eye contact is maintained from each one of our staff members until the kids make it onto the field/court where they are grouped by age. This efficient process ensures safety. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our CIT (counselor in training) program is a learning and transition program for 13, 14 and 15 year-olds. CIT's are organized into groups of 15 boys or girls and get to experience the best of two world's at camp. The counselors for these groups are chosen for their mature, yet youthful, outlooks. A CIT day encompasses work experience, bunk activities including lunch and swimming, as well as sport and recreational periods. CIT's work with both specialist and bunks developing leadership and organizational skills. Daily bunk-time activities include co-ed games, group meetings and discussions, swim and water games, as well as, other recreational opportunities. As the oldest campers, CIT's are rewarded with day trips and after-hours activities supervised by their counselors, division leaders and other staff.
