CAMP FACILITIES: West Chester Studio for the Performing Arts [AT] Uptown is located in the new Knauer Performing Arts Center. We have two acting studios, fully equipped with a stage, props and furniture for acting scenes as well as a piano for our musical theater classes and cabaret performances. All our performances take place either in the Black Box Theater or on the Main Stage.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our summer camp is run on the Academy's campus in Drexel Hill, PA. We have excellent indoor facilities (gym, multi-purpose room, cafeteria, computer and science labs).

Our goal is to provide activities that are creative, enriching, and filled with fun for every camper, no matter their age. Our instructors, counselors and counselors-in-training look forward to welcoming new campers and returning friends this summer!

WACKY WEDNESDAYS Pre-K – 3rd grade
Our Explorer’s Camp goes a little crazy on Wednesday afternoons! Each week offers something different and amazing to our campers – they may compete in a scavenger hunt one week and attend a magic show the next.

TURBO TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 4th – 8th grade
HCA’s Adventurers’ Camp kicks into high gear on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons! Each week a special project will expose our campers to a new skill and expand their horizons. One week they might be cooking for the homeless, the next week they might be learning Carpentry 101! No matter what, our goal is to make sure that they have fun.

NURSERY 2 and 3 PROGRAM:
HCA’s Nursery 2 and Nursery 3 staff enjoys working with young children and the plans for HCA’s Summer Nursery Camp 2014 program include crafts, swimming, art, songs, stories, play, gym, science, cooking, and much more.

Counselors are college students majoring in various disciplines from education and history to business and computer science. Our counselors-in-training’s are local high school students, many of who are former Holy Child Academy campers.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our 12 cabins and the retreat house, provide lodging for up to 150 people. We also have a beautiful dining hall, game room, outdoor pool, gym, high ropes course, 500 ft. zip line, low elements, 200 ft. waterslide, boating pond, hiking and biking trails, mountain boarding, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, arts and crafts, and archery. Rustic Camping is available. Campfires are held at 3 different amphitheater locations.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: For almost 50 years the Penn-York Camp Association (PYC) has provided a Natural Place to encounter Christ the whole year long. The vision of supporting the churches and communities of New York and Pennsylvania is accomplished through various ministries. Outreach includes summer kids camps, group retreats, challenge course, outdoor adventure and special events. PYC began with a dream and a committed core and over the years through hard work, determination and many miracles, the Lord has blessed us with an amazing facility.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Penn York Camp offers an automatic campership of $50 or $100 for those who choose to select one. If more finacial aid is required, call the office and speak with the administrator.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Penn York Camp is open year round and available for guest groups. We offer lodging and meals. Our facilities are wonderful for meetings, banquets, and challenge events. Call to book your youth group, school, church, etc.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Penn York Camp is a member of CCCA. It is our desire to provide a natural place to encounter Christ. Some camps stay on our beautiful grounds while others travel out to enjoy rock climbing, hiking and tent camping. SUMMER CAMP JOBS:

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camp is located at Blue Mountain Resort nestled in the Pocono mountains. For residential campers we offer cabins that sleep 8-10 campers, a counselor, and a junior counselor. Bathrooms and showers are located in the adjacent building. All campers will have Blue Mountain facilities at their disposal depending on the activities of your child's choice. Blue Mountain has laser tag accommodations, a ropes course, climbing wall, a zipline course, disc golf course, and an archery range. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our CIT (Counselors-In-Training) program is offered for 16 & 17 year-olds. This program requires an application and interview. It is designed to introduce young people interested in becoming camp counselors to leadership skill-building, public speaking, program design and child development. This is a 2-week program. CAMP FACILITIES: Many of the facilities in our historic 110 year old camp have recently (10 years) been updated. They include a dining hall and kitchen, craft house, boat house, medical facility, and eight of the fourteen camper cabins. The oldest building in camp is our historic Lodge, used for shows and group gatherings. The 200 acre natural lake provides a beautiful and functional setting for all our aquatic activities. Camp also includes a climbing wall, tennis courts, a volleyball court, field, archery range, campcraft area, nature/ecology area, and a 500 acre preserved area used for hiking and mountain biking.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our aquatic program is extensive, taking advantage of our location on a beautiful, 200 acre, natural, mountain lake. Water skiing, swimming, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, water trampoline, and more occur on the lake. 80-90% of our staff, on average, are trained in Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid. Our boat drivers are required to have a Pennsylvania boating safety license and are screened in our boats.

Older campers may take whitewater canoe trips on the Delaware River and/or a four-day lake canoeing trip to the Adirondacks. Other trips include hiking on the Appalachian Trail, Loyalsock Trail (World's End State Park), Rickett's Glen State Park, Hickory Run State Park, and local trips to the blueberry farm, mill pond, and a local camping spot.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Broadway Dreams Foundation is a week-long day intensive where our students work with a faculty of Broadways finest. During the course of the week,the students will be trained in classes and have rehearsals with the staff in order to prepare for the showcase that is presented at the end of the week to family friends,and industry agents!

On the last day of the intensive,students will audition for Telsey and Co as well as other Casting Agency's. More than 3,000 students have participated in Broadway Dreams programs.

Past students have gone on to perform with Broadway, national touring and regional productions including Bring It On: The Musical (Ryann Redmond, Calli Alden), Bare (Ariana Groover), Memphis (Lindsay Roberts), The Book of Mormon (Paris Nesbitt), Shrek (Chase Todd), Evita (Katie Huff), The Addams Family (Ethan Wexler), A Chorus Line (Sidney DuPont) and Spring Awakening (Blake Daniel).

Classes will begin on Monday, July 9 and run weekdays through July 20. Morning sessions are available from 9 AM – 12:30 PM and Afternoon sessions from 1:30 PM – 5 PM. The last day of regular class (Friday) is a full day, morning and afternoon, for all students. The course will culminate in a student-showcasing recital on Saturday, July 21st.

We have a full fine arts center, as well.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Tyler Hill is a full seven-week co-ed camp in Wayne County, PA. We have 480 campers from all over the tri-state area and Florida, and provide a well-rounded camp experience, including sports, arts and electives, waterfront , outdoor adventure, camp spirit and a true summer family. Our mission is for our campers to come home after the summer feeling great about themselves and having made the best friends ever!

CAMP FACILITIES: Our camper living facilities are beautiful modern cabins, all of which have wood flooring, windows, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Modern updated bathrooms with showers and toilet stalls, are within the cabins. The bunks are spacious with plenty of storage for camper and counselor's clothing.

Our facilities, most of which are lit for night play, include basketball courts, baseball/softball fields, hockey rinks, covered turf football/lacrosse/soccer field, grass lacrosse/football fields, grass soccer fields, indoor gymnastics center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, a heated swimming pool, extensive water park and lake toys, cardio and weight rooms, Outdoor Adventure facilities (rock walls, ropes courses, ziplines, and more), woodworking shop, arts & crafts, culinary center, spin studio, archery range, movie theater, canteen, health center and dining hall.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains in Wayne County, PA, Camp Westmont is situated on 400 acres of gently rolling hills with a private 100-acre lake. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our CIT (counselor in training) program is a learning and transition program for 13, 14 and 15 year-olds. CIT's are organized into groups of 15 boys or girls and get to experience the best of two world's at camp. The counselors for these groups are chosen for their mature, yet youthful, outlooks. A CIT day encompasses work experience, bunk activities including lunch and swimming, as well as sport and recreational periods. CIT's work with both specialist and bunks developing leadership and organizational skills. Daily bunk-time activities include co-ed games, group meetings and discussions, swim and water games, as well as, other recreational opportunities. As the oldest campers, CIT's are rewarded with day trips and after-hours activities supervised by their counselors, division leaders and other staff.
