BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Creative kids color outside the lines.
At the MACC’s Summer Art Academy, professional artists and educators nurture creativity and curiosity in kids in kindergarten through high school through immersive art classes in all mediums–including painting, drawing, ceramics, mixed-media, printmaking, filmmaking, jewelry design, and more. Each class provides students with quality materials and experience creating in a studio environment.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Fine Arts/Crafts, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Dance, Theater, Musical Theater, Music/Band, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located between Leetsdale and Alameda on Dahlia. The MACC is located within the JCC.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Week-long, half day options. Colorado's most talented artist-educators guide students from preschool through high school in visual and performing arts. Pound clay! Make a mural! Stay for the whole day, or mix-n-match with other MACC & JCC camp programs
