CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: The LIT program will run every week of the summer. To be eligible participants must have attended Capital Camps for a minimum of two weeks. YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: The full day camp’s daily activities fall into three main categories: on-court tennis instruction, off-court sports and spirit activities. On most camp days, the on-court activities will be roughly 3.5 hours a day. The off-court activities will encompass 2 different sports lasting usually one hour each. The spirit activities such as: country cheer, country information day, crazy hair day (the counselors favorite), country colour day and dress like a counselor day, all take place during the first half hour at camp. All of these different activities are included to appeal to the many different interests of our campers.
